First Tracks Snow-Cat Ride for up to 18 People
First Tracks Snow-Cat Ride plus breakfast at Bullwinkle’s for up to 18 people. The only first-tracks cat ride being auctioned off in 2026! You and your party will enjoy First Tracks runs starting around 7:00 am, followed by a light breakfast at Bullwinkle’s at 8:30 am. This offer is valid midweek/non-holiday (based on availability and weather permitting). 48-hour notice is required to confirm this experience. This adventure must be used prior to the 2027 Sugarloaf Charity Summit.

Harry Baxter’s Sugarloaf Belt Buckle
The most historic Sugarloaf item of the night… Harry Baxter's very own epic Sugarloaf Belt Buckle created by Bill Royall in 1975 (one of the first!). In 1965, Harry was hired to run the Ski School at Sugarloaf—Harry as Director and his wife Martha as Assistant Ski School Director. As director, Harry developed innovative techniques to make skiing accessible for persons with visual impairments and veterans with service-related injuries, with the goal of making the enjoyment of skiing possible for anyone willing to try. Promoted to general manager in 1968, he orchestrated major racing events including the 1971 World Cup Tall Timber Classic and Arlberg-Kandahar, serving as director and chairman. He revolutionized marketing strategies, significantly increasing skier visits to Sugarloaf.
Harry and Martha were inducted into the Maine Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame in 2023. Harry skied until he was 92 and passed almost a year ago on January 28, 2025. Harry and Martha were both instrumental pillars of Sugarloaf, and we are honored that the family has donated this item in his memory.

Raffle items, along with tickets for purchase, will be set up in the Maple Room starting Saturday morning. Make a point to swing through between runs or come to the Charity Summit Gala between 5-6pm (event ticket needed) to peruse the items.
Winning tickets will be pulled during the Gala and all winners will be contacted. Those onsite for the Gala are asked it pick up their item by 9:45pm or you will need to arrange pick up at the Admin building during business hours.
